Meet Lee

I'm your guy.

I tend to use a relaxed and approachable attitude to bring the guard down and get to a place where friendly cooperation makes everything happen easier.

I have a solid background in residential construction that I love to use to the benefit of my clients. I can easily spot potential issues in a home that may not be so obvious to most people. I can also easily visualize potential changes to a home that could make it function better, if that is something you are looking to do!

In past deals I have gained experience in negotiating obstacles, defeating challenges, and advocating hard for my clients. I am also an excellent collaborator, and I interface very well with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and other agents - All of which makes YOUR deal go smoother.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter. We usually try to find nearly any excuse to spend time outdoors and explore the beautiful state of Colorado.
